Our Strength

I have days when I wonder, “How am I going to get through this?” It feels like the things I need to do and the steps I have to take are too much for me. I wonder if I will be strong enough to keep moving forward. But in the times when I feel like I am not enough and that I am too weak, I can reach out to God. When I don’t have the power to take on the things that I need to do, I turn to the One who made me and who definitely has more power than I have. The One who loves me and who came to be with me. In the times when you don’t know if you are going to make it, God is still working. He wants to come beside you and give you strength. God strengthens us through the Holy Spirit. How amazing is it that He will be strong for us when we cannot be strong on our own? • Emily Acker • Can you think of a time you felt weak and God helped you? The Lord is my strength and my song; he has become my salvation. Exodus 15:2a (CSB)
